It’s been a while! Hope you’ve all been well, and Happy Belated New Year! π
Here’s a snippet from “Paulie and the Wedding Bell Grouch”, published by JMS Books. Paulie is about to see more of the new intern than he ever wanted to.

I made some quick calls to florists in the area to reserve roses in whatever shade of purple they had for me, then got my
car from the valet in front of the hotel and drove the ten minutes to our office located on the tenth floor of a swank class βAβ
building. I ran down the hall after waving distractedly to Adina, our longsuffering receptionist, and knocked three times on Vanβs
door before entering.
βVan, do you have the card readyββ
I stopped short on seeing our newest intern, Nigel Callum, riding the lap of our esteemed head of finance. I was ashamed to
say my cock showed interest behind my expensive slacks. At least the jock I wore kept things in check, to a point.
βSorry,β I mumbled before shutting the door again.

Well that’s a bit awkward!
Makes it more fun, yes? π
Well, this could get more awkward… and I’m sure it will.
You know it. π
Oops! Not what you expect to see in the office…
It might depend on the office! π
Bwahaha! Awkward all around. Great snip! <3
Thanks π
awkward….next time maybe will wait for someone to say come in after he knocks lol
heh heh
Well there’s something you don’t see every day. Hopefully? LOL
I guess it depends on what your day is like?? π
Haha, I bet there’ll be red faces all round later!
It was a tad awkward. π
Whoopsie, how awkward for him.
It gets worse…
Locks, people. They’re there for a reason!
Then again, that wouldn’t be half as much fun. π
Exactly. π
OMG! Hahaha! Wow. He certainly got an eyeful.
Yes, he did. π
Shocking!! Can’t wait to find out what happens next.
Van is in big trouble, let me tell you. π
